Like every other retailer, fancy or not, it all depends on the neighborhood. That guy is funny tho!
That was FUNNY! Never heard of him but I'm going to look for him on itunes and add to my comedy rotation.
I have always referred to TJ Maxx as TJ Disaster for that very reason!!! This was GREAT!
