Restaurant Week in Charm City!
Restaurant Week and my sister's birthday are both this week. In honor, we will be having dinner at Jack's Bistro. Unfortunately, when I looked up the special menu for this week I found this picture. It looks like some kind of George Orwell nightmare. Now I'm just scared.

Do you have to eat the gold foil? I would think it would make your fillings tingle. Ick.
Don't worry - Jack's Bistro is REALLY good (despite that bizarre scary looking octopus thing).
oh now that's just plain creepy. I don't think I could eat there after seeing that.
Um, yuck. I think I could become a vegetarian if I stared at that too long. It reminds me of the time in college when the frat I lived over (long story about a shortage of dorm rooms freshman year) was having a luau, and they gave their lab the pig's head to play with after it was cooked. They threw it to him like a football. Double yuck. Maybe those frat boys grew up to own the restaurant.
Oh, my good God. I went to a wedding reception held outdoors once, a pig roast. Once I saw the little piggy rolling on a spit, I couldn't enjoy anything about the reception. I mean, I love bacon. I just don't want to see it with an apple in its mouth. Strips, people! Strips!
